Cosmetic tattooing is acceptable for all ages 18 years and above and we have an extensive range of services available to tailor to each and every individual. We also have wide variety of pigment options to choose from to suit everyone’s skin undertones and preferences.
 
The cosmetic tattooing pigments are gently implanted in the upper part of the dermis making them semi permanent and easy to refresh as the years go by as apposed to traditional tattoos that use inks that are Implanted Deeper within the dermis and are harder if not impossible to remove.

What does it cost?

Please refer to our price list where we have a comprehensive list of services for first time and touch up appointments.

How long does a cosmetic tattooing treatment take?

We like to allow between 2.5 and 3 hours for your first treatment and 1.5 - 2 hours for your touch up appointment 4 to 8 weeks later. In most cases your first treatment should only take 2.5 hours but we like to ensure we have more than enough time.

How long will my cosmetic tattoo last?

There can be many factors that can determine how long your cosmetic tattoo will last such as skin type or condition, lifestyle, medications and the type of cosmetic tattoo you choose. below is a guide of how long a cosmetic tattoo should last before needing a touch up/colour adjustment.


Eyeliner:  2-5 years

Eyebrows:  - Ombre  1-2 years

                    - Powder  2.5-3 years 

                    - Combination  1.5-2 years 

                    - Mircoblading  1-2 years


Lips:  - Lip Blend- 1.5-2 years

          - Lip blush 1-2 years

          - Full lip color 2-4 years

How many appointments will I need?

Two appointments are required 4-8 weeks apart to make any necessary adjustments . We don't consider your cosmetic tattoo treatment completed unless you have had your touch up appointment. In some cases you may require a third treatment.


What will it feel like, and will it hurt?

We use high quality medical grade topical anesthetics to ensure you are comfortable and fully numbed throughout your treatment. Every client has a different pain tolerance and we aim to manage this the best we can to keep the treatment as pain free as possible.


What should I expect after my treatment?

You should expect the area tattooed to be a wee bit darker and bolder for the first 5-7 days while the skin is healing. you may experience some light flaking or scabbing over that time but this is completely normal and all part of the healing process. In the 4-8 weeks following your treatment, your cosmetic tattooing will have settled down into a soft natural looking colour. You may also experience a bit of tenderness and minimal swelling in the area which usually settles down within 24-48hours. You will receive an aftercare pack to take home after your initial treatment which will include your aftercare product and instructions.


What happens to my eyebrow hair in a cosmetic tattooing treatment?

Your eye brow hair will remain in contact unless we need to remove it to enhance the design of the brows

How do I know which brow tattoo option is best for me and what colour do I choose?

When you come in for your consultation we will assess your skin type and medical history and discuss what is suitable for your face shape and aesthetic. Not all services are suitable for everyone and that's why we have a few options to choose from. We will match the pigment shade close to the natural colour of your eye brow hair or to a colour that is suitable for you.


Can I still have botox and fillers when I get cosmetic tattooing?

Yes you can although we recommend you have this done 4 weeks before or 4 weeks after your cosmetic tattoo treatment so it doesn't cause any interruption to the settling of your appearance medicine.

Maintaining your cosmetic tattooing?

It's is recommended to have a top up treatment every 12 -24 months to keep your cosmetic tattoo looking at its best.

Important booking recommendations to remember.

When booking your cosmetic tattooing procedure please keep in mind that the area may look a bit bold and darker for a few days and the skin may be a little swollen and sensitive. Because everyone's results vary we don't recommend having your cosmetic tattooing treatment before any big events or holidays.
